Cancellation Policy

To cancel, please notify me 24 hours prior to your appointment time. If you are running more than 15 minutes late, please notify me. A $20 late fee may/will be added to your total balance. DEPOSITS are transferrable ONCE if rescheduling is made properly. If you are more than 15 minutes late and a proper notification isnt given, YOUR APPOIONT IS CANCELED AND NO DEPOSIT WOULD BE RETURNED.

**Policy for Deposits:**

Once your deposit is paid, you will receive a text with the address to my salon to confirm your appointment. Please note that if you are more than 15 minutes late and do not call, your appointment will be canceled, and your deposit will not be refunded. Your deposit is transferable only once, provided the cancellation policy is adhered to.

**Cancellation Policy:**

To receive your deposit back, you must cancel your appointment at 24 hours in advance.
